BBB Mobile DOT Drug Test is a mobile drug testing service based in Park City, Utah. We are not a national chain. We are not a call center operation dispatching collectors from another state. We are a local Utah business, based in Summit County, built specifically to serve the employers in this region who have been underserved by the clinic-based drug testing model for too long.
Who We Are
We operate under the legal name Mobile Drug Testing LLC, based in Park City, UT 84060. Our qualified collector serves Summit County, Wasatch County, eastern Salt Lake County, and is actively expanding coverage across the Wasatch Front — including Salt Lake City.
The "BBB" in our name stands for our commitment to straightforward, honest service: we show up when we say we will, we charge what we quote, and we do the collection right the first time so your documentation holds up if anyone ever questions it.
Meet the Owner
Hi! I'm Blaklee Burger Blanchard, owner of BBB Mobile DOT Drug Testing LLC, based right here in Park City, Utah. I hold certifications as a DOT urine collector, a Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), and an AABB-certified DNA specimen collector.
My business provides mobile drug and alcohol testing — I travel directly to employers so their employees never have to leave the worksite. I serve Summit County, Wasatch County, and eastern Salt Lake County, helping companies stay DOT compliant without the hassle.
I'm passionate about building something of my own, and I love being part of the local business community here in Park City.

What We Do and Why We Exist
Small and mid-size Utah employers — construction companies, trucking operations, resort staffers, logistics companies, school transportation operators — have a consistent problem: DOT-compliant drug testing that actually works for their operation.
The clinic model doesn't work for most of them. Sending a CDL driver to a clinic takes two to three hours out of the workday. The driver has to leave the job site, navigate to the clinic, wait in line, complete paperwork, and drive back. The clinic may not have a proper DOT collection procedure. The chain of custody paperwork may not be completed correctly. And when an FMCSA auditor shows up a year later, that paperwork needs to be airtight.
We built BBB Mobile to solve that problem. You call us. We come to your location. The collection takes 15 minutes. Your driver never leaves your property. The chain of custody is handled correctly. The documentation is ready for audit. That's the whole model — and it works for every employer from an owner-operator with one driver to a fleet operation with a dozen CDL employees.
Our Qualifications & Compliance
We are not cutting corners on compliance. Our qualifications and operating standards include:
Every specimen we collect is processed through a SAMHSA-certified laboratory. Every non-negative result goes through MRO review before any employer notification. We follow federal chain-of-custody protocols using the federal Custody and Control Form (CCF). Our documentation is designed to withstand FMCSA compliance review.
Our Service Promise
We offer same-day and next-day scheduling for standard pre-employment and random testing. For post-accident emergencies, we are on-call — call (435) 395-1459 the moment an accident occurs and we will dispatch as fast as physically possible. The FMCSA post-accident testing clock starts at the moment of the accident; we understand that and we move accordingly.
Our pricing is transparent. DOT urine drug tests are $100. Breath alcohol testing is $65. Post-accident emergency testing starts at $250. There are no surprise fees for collection in our primary service area. If you're outside that area, we'll tell you any travel fee upfront before you commit.
Why Summit and Wasatch County Coverage Matters
Summit County and Wasatch County have historically been underserved for mobile DOT drug testing. The established clinics are in Salt Lake City. Sending a driver from a Kimball Junction job site to a SLC clinic — during ski season, during construction season, any time of year — is not a realistic solution. We know that because we live and work here.
Park City, Heber City, Kamas, Coalville, Oakley, Midway — these are the communities we serve, and we serve them because we understand the local economy. Construction is booming in the Wasatch Back. Resort operations require compliance infrastructure. The I-80 corridor between SLC and Summit County moves significant commercial freight. These employers need a testing partner who can actually get to them fast, not one who treats a Summit County address as an inconvenient out-of-network location.
A Proud Community Partner
We don't just work in this community — we're part of it. BBB Mobile DOT Drug Test is a proud partner of the Park City Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau, the organization that supports and promotes the businesses that keep Summit County's economy moving. Our membership reflects our commitment to the local employers, drivers, and operations we serve every day.
