Have your company name and DOT number (if applicable), the type of test needed (pre-employment, random, post-accident, etc.), the driver's name and location, your preferred date and time, and any special access instructions for your job site.
Same-day and next-day appointments are available for standard pre-employment and random testing. For DOT post-accident emergencies we are on-call 24/7 and dispatch as fast as physically possible.
